- We never miss a sales lead through any of our channels.
Key Responsibilities 💪
- Own the Content Calendar, ensuring that the team has tasks for all posts within the month by the start of each month, and that those tasks are clear and actionable by the start of each week.
- Conduct the ongoing content planning meetings, working with the Marketing Director
- Come up with new ideas for our marketing channels, bringing fresh insight
- Write posts for our social media and blog
- Publish posts to our social media and blog regardless of their original author
- Manage our social media community, regularly interacting with people who follow us and interact with our content.
- Own our Hubspot, ensuring that all inbound messages are responded to within one business day, and that our database is clean.
- When a true Lead comes through our channels, ensure that the President is aware.
- Manage sending of email newsletters through Hubspot
