Key Responsibilities 💪

• Absorbs and implements the Mission, Vision, and Values set by the CEO

• Acts as the final decision-maker around around our production methodologies and standards

• Oversees our Sales process and handles the initial phone call with most new leads

• Oversees our Marketing day-to-day, involving the CEO as a subject matter expert and to provide guidance on vision and brand

• Leads our recruiting efforts by conducting initial interviews before passing candidates on to other leaders

• Oversees Operations, assisting our Ops team in conducting their work, ensuring that the budget is being met and that the studio is running smoothly

• Manages key staff members and helps them grow and succeed

Ladder 🪜

For executive roles, the ladder works differently. Executives get a base salary that is commensurate with their experience, plus a bonus based on the actual results of the studio.
