Overview
Hubspot is our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). Within Hubspot we have a record for every individual client, prospect, team member and lead, along with their companies, and associated deals we have done with them.
Hubspot is our source of truth for information about people we are connected with. It requires continual attention and pruning to stay up to date and useful for our whole team.
🏅Principles for managing Hubspot
- Completeness. We should try to put any information that can easily fit into Hubspot in there.
- Progress over perfection. CRMs are very hard to keep 100% updated, so we should focus on making things good, not perfect.
- Simplicity. Hubspot can be very complicated so whenever possible we like to simplify our setup by making it more streamlined. We avoid complex integrations or workflows.
