Our best lead sources are referrals from current or prior customers, or friends within our network. Our Marketing is focused on creating a vibrant community and sharing our knowledge with the world, meaning that our network is larger, and thinks of us more often.
Once we have a Lead, the Sales process begins. We don’t try to “convince” them to work with us but instead explore whether there is a mutual fit. If we think there is, we create and present a Proposal.
Every project we do is an advertisement for the next one – from its design to its construction to the way we treat the Client with respect and dignity.
The President has overall accountability for sales, but the whole team participates. Anyone can bring a Lead to Cantilever, and the whole team truly appreciates when new business comes from the team’s network.
