• Separate each project into its own Asana project, linked to the Project Plan
• Send Invoices promptly.
• Conduct the PM Weekly Ritual for each client, on time.

🚫 Don’t…

• Start a project without a signed quote and upfront payment via Hubspot
• Create PM systems outside of our established Notion and Asana systems
• Incur expenses without client consent
• Try to fit lots of different types of work into the same project – separate it out instead.
