A Project Plan is a document in our ‣ Notion board that describes a project. It generally includes:

• Problem Statement
• Solution Ideas
• Timeline
• Budget

Project plans are created by Strategists within Core Coverage in response to client requests or their own ideas. Generally a Strategist will not have the ability to design the solution or provide an accurate timeline or budget, so they must work with a Solutions Architect.

Once a client approves a Project Plan, the Strategist should assign a task to the site’s Project Manager to create the project in Asana and Harvest and get it started.
