Overview

Ramp is our finance platform. It handles credit cards and reimbursements for the team. It allows us to generate unlimited cards, so we can generate a specific card for each purpose and keep control of our money.

Every Core Team member should have a Ramp account so they can request cards for specific things. If you are a Contributor who needs to expense something, please ask @Cantilever Operations for a Ramp card.

<aside> 👉 Please note: Ramp does not work in Ukraine as of March 2024. If you are in Ukraine and need to request reimbursement or use one of our cards, instead please make the payment and then ask @Cantilever Operations to reimburse you directly. If the purchase is too large to be comfortable for you to float the money, we can pay you in advance for it.

📏 Rules

✅ Do…

• Put all Cantilever-related expenses onto a Ramp card
• If you forget/cannot put it on a Ramp card, you can submit for reimbursement through Ramp.

🚫 Don’t…

• Put personal expenses on a ramp card
• Submit expenses more than 30 days after they are incurred
