- Deal with all critical bugs and issues found in the Diagnostic
- Upgrade every piece of third-party software on the site
- Get site up and running in GitHub
- Implement Ghost Inspector
- Put site on a PaaS
- Implement a reasonable deployment pipeline
- Set up modern build process
- Ensure analytics are working properly
- Create complete Site Documentation
