☝ This is a new approach to Core Coverage, which we started in Q1 2024, and further refined in Q3 2024. Please see ‣ for info on the old approach, and check the SOW to see which one a given site may have.

👀 Overview
Core Coverage is our website maintenance service. All sites we are accountable to maintain must have Core Coverage. We provide:
- Peace of mind that the site is working smoothly and is delivering value to their business
- Confidence that whenever they need any help with the website, they have a qualified team ready to help
- Strategic guidance from decades of combined web experience
- Value and convenience by covering all typical website-related costs in one bill
- Confidence that the tools used to host and monitor the website are industry-leading and safe
🏅 Principles
- Make It Easy. Clients get Core Coverage so that they don’t have to worry about their site. Make it easy for them by finding and fixing problems fast. Ideally, we find issues before the client even knows about them.
- Be Strategic. Cantilever is different from other firms because we become a true strategic partner for the client. Stay in touch with their business and make proactive suggestions about how the website can help them meet their goals.
📏 Rules
✅ Do…
- Stay on top of our promised deliverables
- Be on the lookout for ways to help the Client
- Continue to try and find services we recommend for any website, and integrate them into Core Coverage.
🚫 Don’t…
- Perform services within Core Coverage that are not actually a part of that scope. This causes confusion.
- Frequently go over the allocated bug budget.
- Continue with Core Coverage when the level of service the client has is inappropriate for what the client needs. Shift up or down based on their needs.
