For Core Coverage clients we provide a bundle of industry-leading software tools to maintain and grow their site, 100% paid within their Core Coverage fee. The tools we use are best-in-class products, many of which we use for our own site.
If a Core Coverage client has a service beyond the ones listed here, we may agree to take it on or ask the client to continue paying separately. This should be discussed during their Diagnostic and written into their contract.
The Micro plan should include a minimal set of tools which are specifically useful for that client and affordable within what they are paying us.
