Using Client Communication Tools

Some clients ask us to communicate with them on platforms we don’t normally use, like Trello or Jira. We do this only when the client has the Enterprise

tier. Our project management rhythm is very precise and adding more platforms throws it off and creates more confusion than it prevents.

This method does incur additional project management cost, as our people have to shuttle between different systems throughout the work day. This is often worth it for clients, as it saves them time having to be in Asana or translating an email.
