Overview
Our Social Media Posts, Blog Posts, and Email Newsletters are all a part of a cohesive overall content strategy. These are the three pillars of our approach.
We create content because we want to…
- Generate leads
- Establish credibility during sales conversations
- Recruit
Recruiting is usually not a challenge for us so we typically don’t need to focus on it in our content strategy – people find us even if our content is client-focused, so the content should be targeted towards our Ideal Customer.
📏 Rules
✅ Do…
- Stick to our posting schedule, even when we have to write posts at the last minute, or send stuff out that isn’t perfect.
- Provide something useful to our Ideal Customer in everything we post.
- Be welcoming, funny, and casual.
- Engage with our audience by liking and replying to comments, following back, and engaging with content our audience posts.
- Use interactivity and animation to draw people in and clarify what we are saying.
🚫 Don’t…
- Post new team member announcements or other “standard” social media posts.
- Post case studies out of context. Instead, use case studies as a way to make a point that has inherent value to the Ideal Customer .
