Health Benefits

We provide health reimbursements through a QSEHRA which is managed by Take Command Health. This is a health reimbursement plan which you can use to pay for your insurance and other medical expenses tax-free. Employees who are eligible will submit receipts in Take Command Health.

Only Full Timers are eligible for this benefit. They are eligible for up to $400 per month in reimbursements through the QSEHRA.

In addition, if you are eligible for the QSEHRA but you have a health insurance plan that is not accepted by Take Command, you may choose instead to receive a $400/mo taxable cash stipend and opt out of using the QSEHRA. We encourage you to try to use the QSEHRA first since it is tax-free.
