We pay bonuses to each team member each quarter based on our results in the prior quarter and each team member’s contribution to those results. The bonuses are generally modest but nice.
Strategists have a fixed bonus formula that represents their entire compensation. Other staff may have specific bonuses agreed with their managers. If not, @Ty Fujimura is in charge of determining a fair bonus for each team member based on the results of the prior quarter.
