In the sad and unlikely event that we need to terminate your employment without cause or significantly lower your working hours, we will give you at least three weeks notice. For Full Time employees we will maintain your salary for the duration. For Part Time team members, we promise to give you enough work to maintain your normal workload, defined as your average weekly working hours over the past six months.
