Any of our Services should be represented as a Project within all of our Software. Here is a general checklist to follow to set up a new Project:
Create the project in
Harvest. Configure it according to the Project Plan and/or Scope of Work (SOW) Log your time setting up the project within that new project!
Create a project in
Asana using one of our templates in “Production General”. Fill out the project settings, linking to all relevant resources from the “Overview” tab.
Send an inaugural Project Update within the
Asana project to inform the team that we have started the Project
Update the Project Plan to reflect the final Project Code and timeline. Change the status to “Project Started”.
