Overview
We maintain standard contracts with all clients. Project Managers are responsible for writing up paperwork, but Strategists are responsible for dictating the terms of the agreement and negotiating with clients.
Concepts
Master Services Agreement (MSA)Scope of Work (SOW)🏅 Principles
- Clarity. Paperwork should be easy to read and in as simple language as is possible.
- Boundaries. Paperwork should have clear terms so that we do not establish perpetual agreements and continually stay in contact to ensure fair value on all sides. Paperwork should be very specific about what is our job and not.
- Minimalism. We try to only create paperwork when it is necessary and not otherwise.
