Our career ladders explain what it takes to be at the trainee, ⭐️, ⭐️⭐️, or ⭐️⭐️⭐️ level in any particular discipline here. These levels correlate to our pay tiers. Managers should work with their reports to move them along the ladder, focusing on areas of weakness. Reports who are over/under performing their current pay tier merit a compensation review.
