Urgent Communication (<24 hours response time needed)

We use text and phone calls for urgent communication and try to avoid having anyone receive a text or call. The more we are texting and calling, the more likely it is that we are not doing our best earlier on to avoid urgent situations. However, if you are not meeting our responsiveness standards, expect your teammates to continually ratchet up the communication level and start calling you. If we are continually calling and texting someone because they don’t answer messages in other media, this is a major problem that should be brought to their manager’s attention.
