We maintain up-to-date Employee/Contractor agreements for everyone working at Cantilever according to their staff type and location.
There are templates in Drive for the various types of agreement we may want to use. The final agreements are kept in the People Ops drive.
When people switch between staff types or from part to full-time, we send them updated paperwork.
Tax Forms
US-based Core Team members are onboarded through Gusto. During onboarding Gusto will send and keep an I-9 and W-4 form for them.
For US-based freelancers we should get a W-9 form from us during the hiring process as well.
Non-US-based consultants should get a W-8ben form.
