Troubleshooting LinkedIn Ads



After publishing an ad, you may notice that its status is "In Review." LinkedIn explains what this means here:


As you can see in this LinkedIn Help Forum comment thread "Sponsored Content: 'Creative in Review' forever!," this can sometimes take awhile (although, this is not usually the case).


As indicated in the screenshot above, ads may occasionally be rejected. We do not see this as likely, but it's best to be prepared.

In the unlikely event that you receive an email that there is Restricted Text Found in an Ad, LinkedIn offers a helpful article on how to solve the issue:


If/when you run into questions about something to do with your ad(s), check out LinkedIn's Help Center. You will likely need to look through some articles first, but you can click on "More Help Options" which will eventually allow you to directly message the support staff with your query.
