Publicizing Clients

There are lots of reasons that we would publicize the work we've done for clients, or the things they've said about Cantilever. This is primarily for marketing purposes but also allows us to celebrate the great clients we have.

We get permission from our clients in the Scope of Work (SOW) that we agree to before we begin on a project. This is again noted in our Client Orientation document (in Text Expander as 'teco') that is sent to the client to adjust them to our workflows and create expectations for the duration of the project. There are some clients who prefer we run everything through them before we post or share about them, so keep that in mind.

  • We only post about projects once they are public (there may be some exceptions to this, but it varies per client and you should double check before posting/sharing).
  • As new projects become Retainers it is especially important that we share items that are only fully published on their sites already.
  • If you need information about a particular project or retainer connect with the project manager to ensure that all language and facts are straight before posting/sharing.
