The leadership team is responsible for overseeing the company as a whole, and charting a course for the future. The leadership team is led by the CEO. The CEO is responsible for managing our most senior staff members who then lead the rest of the team.
The CEO is the decision-maker of last resort. Most of the time, we should try to solve problems and make decisions before they reach the CEO. When a decision is proving challenging, controversial, or otherwise hairy, the CEO is in charge of solving it.
Ultimately the CEO is the “Directly Responsible Individual” for the company. Leadership team is where the buck stops when it comes to keeping our promises and providing an amazing experience for our clients, staff, and partners.
