Use your work time to do the training up to a cap of 10-15%. Communicate any reduction in work capacity that you foresee from this training to the weekly-planning channel.
Because we already have a limited amount of your time and 10-15% of your existing commitment may not represent enough time to both complete the training and complete your contracted responsibilities, training is optional but highly encouraged.
Training will largely need to be done off work hours, but this training is still paid for by Cantilever.
