The DEMO framework is Cantilever’s methodology for evaluating websites. It contains four categories of criteria, which encompass what it means to deliver Digital Hospitality:

• Discovery: Is it easy for guests to find the website?
• Ease of Use: Do guests have a great experience using the site?
• Message: Does the website clearly speak to an important problem the guest has?
• Offers: Does the website give people a way to take action to solve their problem?

When these four things are in harmony, it’s highly likely that the website will be successful. If one has a critical issue, the website will fail even if the others are solid.
